Our breads are baked fresh every morning by us and available in our cafes everyday.

Baked overnight and delivered every morning a traditionally made classic white sourdough bread
  • Our signature bread and best seller. Leavened with a natural sourdough starter and fermented for 48 hours, this leads to an open crumb, chewy texture and sour notes. It is then baked on the stone of the oven to achieve a deep and crispy crust.

    Not only delicious but believed to be good for gut health, this is an all round winner.

    Available Everyday.

  • A traditional white bloomer. Soft and fluffy with a thick crust. Made simply with flour, fresh yeast and salt. Perfect for bacon sandwiches or simply with lashings of butter.

    Available Everyday.

  • Our brown sourdough is made with wholemeal flour and a small amount of white flour to create a dense and chewy loaf.

    Leavened with a natural sourdough started and fermented for 48 hours, leading to an open crumb and sour notes. It is then baked on the stone of the oven to achieve a deep and crispy crust.

  • A beautifully dense and flavoursome loaf. Made with 100% Spelt flour, an ancient grain prized for its natural richness and minerals. This produces a lovely nutty flavour.

    Fermented for 24 hours and then topped with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds for extra texture.

    Available on Wednesdays & Saturdays in both Large and Small versions.

Baked overnight by our team of expert bakers and delivered fresh every morning to our South London bakeries. A delicious multigrain loaf packed with seeds.
  • Starting with the simplest of ingredients, we carefully blend flour with a medley of sunflower seeds, millets, oats, barley and malted wheat flakes. Soft and hearty with a gentle crunch from the sunflower seeds, a hint of nuttiness from the millet and the comforting earthiness of barley makes this loaf a firm favourite.

    This loaf pairs perfectly with tuna sandwiches. Or keep it simple and toast a slice (or three!) to release the warm, aromatic notes.

A rosemary and potato white sourdough, baked fresh by our team of expert bakers and delivered fresh in the morning to our South London Bakeries.
  • A flavoursome and chewy loaf. The potatoes are baked for extra flavour and are used to retain softeness and moisture in the loaf.

    The fragrant rosemary makes it the perfect companion for soup or dipped in melted cheese!

  • A dark and dense bread that takes a week to make and ferments for 24 hours. Perfect thinly sliced and toasted for an open sandwich or smörgåsborg with smoked salmon or salt beef.

    Available on Fridays and weekends.
